Quinoa Salad Bowl


**Ingredients:**

- 1 cup cooked quinoa

- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

- 1/2 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)

- 1 diced bell pepper

- 1 avocado, diced

- Fresh cilantro, chopped

- Dressing: lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper

**Instructions:**

1. In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, black beans, corn, bell pepper, and avocado.

2. Drizzle with lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

3. Toss gently and top with fresh cilantro before serving.
